3GSM Conference, Barcelona, Spain, - February 13, 2006 - Mobile Complete, the leading source for user experience management (UEM), today announced availability of Video Quality Monitor, an innovative solution that provides network operators and content providers with the only reliable method to monitor user experience for mobile video services. The Video Quality Monitor solution is deployed in conjunction with Mobile Complete's LiveMonitor, a robust monitoring server in use today at to some of the largest mobile operators and content providers. The LiveMonitor environment gives Video Quality Monitor the ability to perform 24x7 monitoring of mobile video services across nationally distributed POPs. An alerts sub-system within LiveMontior can be configured to fire alerts when acceptable thresholds of video quality and performance are violated. All violations are recorded frame-by-frame in a central repository for efficient diagnostics, and can be queried through a web-based reporting system. Data in the repository can be analyzed for trends over time and business intelligence can be created. |
