Mobile Complete Launches Consumer Experience Management Suite™ (CEMS) to Provide Interactive Online Virtual Phones for Consumer Education and Support at CTIA Wireless Show

For the first time mobile carriers, handset manufacturers and handset retailers can deliver outstanding consumer education and support via fully interactive web-accessible handsets

March 20, 2007

SAN MATEO, Calif. -- March 20, 2007 – In advance of CTIA, Mobile Complete, the pioneer and leading provider of testing and monitoring solutions aimed at improving the mobile experience, announced that it has given the industry a means to redefine the mobile consumer experience with the launch of its new Consumer Experience Management Suite (CEMS) at CTIA Wireless. CEMS is an extendible Web-based platform designed to dramatically improve the end-to-end mobile consumer lifecycle from the pre-purchase stage all the way through the post-purchase stage.  With CEMS,customer care representatives and sales representatives can go online and “test drive” handsets, mobile applications, and mobile services for an interactive try-before-you-buy experience before a purchase, or for self-service education, training and support after a purchase.

“Until today, Mobile Complete’s solutions were primarily dedicated to helping the mobile industry improve the quality of mobile products and technologies across the entire value chain,” said Faraz Syed, CEO and Co-Founder of Mobile Complete. “We’re building on that experience and architecture to offer a complete end-to-end solution that caters to the entire consumer purchasing lifecycle -  from pre-purchase, to quality enhancement, to post purchase and customer support – as part of our ongoing mission to provide the ultimate consumer experience enhancement tools to the mobile community.”

CEMS is built on Mobile Complete’s patent-pending Direct-to-Device™ technology, which enables full over-the-Internet interaction with actual physical handsets connected to live networks. CEMS builds on Direct-to-Device, delivering rich virtual phone interfaces from these live handsets by creating a map of all possible pathways through these phones. The resulting online interfaces provide a much richer, more in-depth and more trustworthy experience than flash demos and tutorials available today.  These interactive handsets can be leveraged across multiple disciplines within an organization to deliver a superior pre-purchase experience (interactive kiosks, demos, try-before-you-buy) as well as a superior post-purchase experience (tutorials, self-service support) for consumers.

“The proliferation of new, cutting-edge features and functionalities for mobile phones have outpaced the average consumer’s capacity for understanding and appreciating what they can do with their handsets,” said Marcus Torchia, senior analyst, Yankee Group. “There is a growing disconnect between consumers and mobile products. The CEMS solution essentially closes the confusion gap with an easy-to-use, interactive environment that benefits both the mobile product vendor and its consumer.”

In response to the industry challenge of educating and supporting the mobile consumer on the latest in cutting-edge mobile features, services, content, and applications, CEMS allows users to “try before they buy.”  As a result, consumers can fully experience mobile products pre-purchase via an interactive interface, which enables more informed decisions regarding handset, service, and application selection. Additionally, consumers can continue educating themselves about the mobile products they purchase by accessing fully interactive online phones and detailed tutorials. These educational tools create a more informed consumer -- fueling adoption rates for new mobile products.

CEMS seamlessly integrates with existing systems for customer support, training, marketing and consumer education. Whether online or in a retail setting, consumers benefit from faster response times and higher quality customer care while mobile product vendors benefit from improved customer satisfaction and increased adoption of new capabilities and value-added features due to improved consumer education.

Mobile Complete will exhibit CEMS at CTIA Wireless (booth #832, Hall A), March 27-29, 2007 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
