Mobile Complete, the industry’s leading source for user experience management (UEM), announces it has signed a strategic reseller agreement with Genetel, a Paris-based value-add distributor that specializes in consulting services for the mobile industry, primarily 3G network optimization services. Genetel will offer Mobile Complete solutions - which support the full life cycle of mobile applications, devices, and services – to customers across French-speaking Europe and Africa.
