Mobile Complete, the industry's leading source for user experience management, and OutPut Group has signed a sales outsourcing agreement in which OutPut Group will extend Mobile Complete's sales reach throughout Western Europe.
Mobile Complete offers multi-point solutions for the development, deployment, monitoring, and marketing of mobile handsets, applications and services. Under the agreement, OutPut Group will be responsible for the complete sales process and account management to target customers in Europe.
Mobile Complete's technology enables remote (over the Internet) access to real handsets in live carrier networks, allowing users to perform all aspects of in-network, on-device testing and monitoring of mobile applications from the convenience of their desktops -- users are no longer limited by the requirement of physical presence in carrier networks . Users have remote access to all aspects of handsets, including the buttons, LCD display, ringer, speaker, battery, power-plug, data-cable, etc. Collaboration features built into the system allow for quick capture and replay of on-device activity (frame-by-frame and movie clips) -- enhancing interactions among distributed teams, and shortening time-to-market. Additionally, an environment to create, schedule and execute automated testing scripts empowers users to perform automated functional, regression, and post-deployment testing of mobile applications -- speeding time-to-market, reducing cost, and improving quality.

Users can purchase access to devices for a monthly subscription fee â?? handsets for DeviceAnywhere ASP are securely hosted and managed by Mobile Complete. Any user can now begin using DeviceAnywhere ASP by purchasing a subscription to DeviceAnywhere ASP Beta. The special introductory subscription fee for each carrier package in the service is $399 a month (includes unlimited user accounts and 10 hours of device access) with a 12-month commitment.
