DeviceAnywhere.com now supports 10 global carriers and 200+ handsets with the addition of four UK carrier packages

Los Angeles, Calif. – Sep. 12, 2006 - Mobile Complete today announced the addition of four UK carrier packages to the DeviceAnywhere.com service. This addition brings to ten the number of carriers covered in the service, which now includes carriers in both the US and the UK.
The new carrier packages added to the service include Orange UK, T-Mobile UK, Vodafone UK, and O2. A total of approximately 100 handsets were added to the service for these new packages. Subscribers to the service now have access to more than 200 real handsets across 10 global carrier networks.

Addition of the UK carrier packages now allows the global developer community to do in-network on-device testing of their mobile applications and content on the UK mobile networks without the need to travel to the UK for this testing – all validation can now be performed remotely on REAL HANDSETS through a simple desktop interface. This capability opens up new markets for several companies, while reducing operational costs for organizations that already cater to UK carriers.
Starting Monday September 18, 2006, customers can subscribe to the new carrier packages for $199 per month per package, which includes 10 device usage hours per month; additional hours are charged at a rate of $20 per hour. Existing DeviceAnywhere.com subscribers can add the new UK packages to their accounts on September 18, 2006 as well.
